FAQ/Help


Few common questions users ask are answered below.  kindly read them carefully before contacting us.


Q1. How will this work ?

Ans. We use tool named Multiclicker in order to click ads on PTC sites. 
 
Q.2 Is this safe ? will my account get banned ?
Ans. All plugins comes with built in security against any such detection and so far we have not gotten any report of getting banned using MC2 but their are few steps to be taken care of in order to assure safety i will post those in the end.

Q.3 Why is their serial Key security on plugins ?
Ans. It takes very hard work to make a plugins so to prevent plugins from getting abused the security is introduced.


Q.4 What do i need to do ? in order to get plugins and Serial Key?
Ans. You have to register on the referral link given on the plugin page and send your username to us via email to rannzamer@yahoo.com  in order to get the plugin and Serial key for that website.

 
Q.6 I already have a account on one of the websites can i still get key ?
Ans. NO you cannot you need to reg on my Referral link in order to get plugin and key. 

Q.7 Does MC2 requires any special software to run ?
Ans. Yes MC2 and all plugins are based on Java so you need atleast Java 7.0 or later in order to make MC2 and plugins work.

Q.8 I am getting Bad Serial Key error. in MC2 for plugin.
Ans. Contact us for a new key.

Q.9 I am getting Plugin Error on a website
Ans. If you are getting plugin error visit the website manually and see if you can Login your account and click any ad your self. read any Messages in your account if their are any. and start plugin again if it still doesn't work contact us with the website name we will send you updated plugin.

Q.10 I am getting connection error.
Ans. Make sure you are able to visit the website in your browser if you cant visit the site. Restart your modem router and try again.
some plugins require a file named "cacerts" replaced in your java folder in order for it to work make sure you have replaced it. if you have updated the java version recently than you have to replace the cacerts file again.  if the problem still persists than remove the plugin from MC2 and add it again or try it in a fresh MC2 copy. if it still doesn't work send us a email we will look into it.

Common Things to keep in Mind.
1.Once you have added a Plugin in MC2 don't open the website manually on the same time always stop the plugin first and right click on plugin and click Logout ( for MC2.4 only) in MC2.3 just stop plugin. Then login manually through browser.

2. MC2.4 uses Chrome as a default User Agent (Can be changed in the MC2 settings > clicking browser List). If you want to login your account on website manually use Chrome browser to do so. or the user agent you are using in MC2.

3.Some PTC websites requires you to setup Ads reset time when you login for the first time after clicking view ads make sure you set it first and then start the plugin its a one time process.
